Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, onion, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
