Delicious and crispy cinnamon sugar tortilla chips that are oven baked for a healthier dessert option.
Ingredients

- 8 flour tortillas (6 inch size)
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 375 degrees.
- In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
- Brush each tortilla with an even layer of melted butter, going all the way to the edge of the tortillas.
- Sprinkle the tortillas with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Cut tortillas into small wedges – at least 8 per tortilla.
- Place tortilla wedges in a single layer on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature before serving.
- Store in an airtight container or zip top bag for up to 3 days.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of nutmeg to the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- These chips can be served with fruit salsa or chocolate sauce for dipping.
