Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix crushed cookies with melted butter until crumbly. Press into a tart pan evenly and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until simmering. Pour over chopped dark chocolate and let sit for 5 minutes before stirring until smooth.
- Stir in chopped pistachios into the ganache. Pour over cooled crust and chill for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Decorate with extra pistachios before serving chilled.
