Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
- Add softened butter to the dry ingredients and mix.
- Pour in the yeast mixture and stir until combined.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the dough and cut into squares.
- Place chocolate chips in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners over to seal the filling inside.
- Arrange in a muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.

- Ensure the milk is warm but not hot to activate the yeast properly.
- You can substitute chocolate chips with other fillings like Nutella or caramel.
