- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced

- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Stir in the paprika and cook for another minute.
- Add the chicken pieces and brown on all sides.
- Add the bell pepper and chicken broth, bring to a simmer.
- Cover and cook for about 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream and flour until smooth.
- Stir the sour cream mixture into the skillet, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over egg noodles or rice.
