- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- While meatballs are baking, heat marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Once meatballs are done, add them to the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with pasta or bread.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add Italian herbs to the meatball mixture.
- These meatballs can be frozen for later use.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
