Ingredients
2 large flour tortillas or wraps
1 cup cooked chicken breast sliced or shredded (grilled or rotisserie)
2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
¼ cup Caesar dressing store-bought or homemade
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Croutons optional, for added crunch
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Olive oil optional, for grilling the wrap
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced chicken, chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
Warm the tortilla (optional):
Lightly warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave for a few seconds to make them more pliable.
Assemble the wrap:
Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon half of the chicken Caesar mixture into the center. Add croutons and a dash of black pepper, if desired.
Wrap it up:
Fold the sides inward and roll tightly from the bottom to form a secure wrap.
Grill the wrap (optional):
For a crispy finish, place the wrap seam-side down in a heated skillet with a little olive oil and grill for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Serve:
Slice in half and serve immediately with a lemon wedge or extra Caesar dressing on the side.
