- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the onion. Drain any excess fat.
- Add ketchup, mustard, pickles, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour the beef mixture into a greased pie dish and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Open the biscuit dough and arrange the biscuits on top of the beef mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
