Description

A delicious and easy-to-make BLT Pasta recipe that combines the classic flavors of bacon, lettuce, and tomato in a comforting pasta dish.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add the cherry tomatoes and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
