Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 1 teaspoon Carrom Seeds (Ajwain)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • 3 tablespoons Yogurt (thick curd)
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar

  4. Punch down the dough, shape it into small balls, and flatten them into discs.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.

Notes

  • Serve fresh for the best taste and texture.
  • Optional: Sprinkle with fresh coriander for added flavor.
