- 1 lb chicken tenderloins
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Season the flour with salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Beat the eggs in another bowl until smooth.
- Place panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Dip each chicken tenderloin in flour, then in egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or pan over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- For the bang bang sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a separate bowl.
- Serve the crispy chicken with the bang bang sauce drizzled on top.
Notes
Ensure to press panko crumbs firmly onto the egg layer for a crisp crust. Serve immediately to retain texture.
