Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  3. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the chicken to the bowl with the Bang Bang sauce and toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  5. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the prepared skewers.
  6. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
