- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- Extra balsamic glaze for drizzling
Instructions
- Marinate the Steak: Combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a dish. Add the flank steak, marinate for 30 minutes to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- Grill the Steak: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill the steak for 5–6 minutes per side for desired doneness. Rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
