Description

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Boil the baby potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
