- 1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Zest and juice of ½ lemon

- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- Cherry tomatoes or asparagus (optional, for roasting alongside)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly oil a baking dish or line with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Season salmon: Pat fillets dry and place skin-side down in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic, and lemon zest.
