Description

Baked Boursin Salmon is a quick and delicious recipe that combines tender salmon fillets with creamy Boursin cheese, making for a flavorful and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Zest and juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Cherry tomatoes or asparagus (optional, for roasting alongside)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly oil a baking dish or line with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Season salmon: Pat fillets dry and place skin-side down in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic, and lemon zest.
  3. Top with Boursin: Break Boursin cheese into chunks and distribute evenly over each fillet.
  4. Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily. For a golden top, broil for the last 1–2 minutes (watch closely!).

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider adding fresh herbs or spices to the salmon before baking.
  • Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
