Quick and satisfying wraps filled with juicy air-fried chicken and gooey mozzarella, perfect for a weekday supper.

- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb / 450 g)
- 8 oz (225 g) mozzarella cheese, shredded or sliced
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps (8–10 inch / 20–25 cm)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1–2 cups lettuce or baby spinach, washed and dried
- 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Lay out the tortillas or wraps on a clean surface.
- Place the sliced chicken, mozzarella cheese, lettuce (or spinach), and tomato slices in the center of each wrap.
- Roll up the wraps tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- Return the wraps to the air fryer and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the wraps are golden and crispy.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding pickles or slaw for crunch. Make the chicken ahead of time for easy assembly.
